Like a kid waiting for Christmas. Congrats!
Just ordered my brand new Mapex Meridian Birch - in transparent walnut
im so excited, it was £675 what a bargain,
sizes are 20x22, 10x7, 12x9, 14x14, 16x16, 14x5.5
the bass is a freakin cannon haha, and those shallow toms are so sweet, been pondering over what kit to get for over a year now and it came to a choice between the maple and birch of this kit, maple was my first choice but they only had one colour left (midnight steel) really not for me haha, so i tried out the birch they had in the store and i was amazed by how sweet is sounded, most birch kits i say most cos not all, are just all attack and no musicality but this one is so nice, a little more explosive than the maple but it still holds the nice musical tones that i want t hear from a kit, if anyone is in the market for a kit, then this is the way to go im i cant wait o pick it up

I'm surprised you had to order it. I hope that doesn't mean a long wait.
20x22 as in, 20 across and 22 deep? that is loooooooong
Also the dimensions in your post are different than what you posted in this thread. Which is it?
Too Much Stuff.
i've had one of them before along with the m-birch and pro m, current kit is a Saturn, you can't go wrong with Mapex in my opinion.

Good choice on the Mapex. Enjoy.
This is one of the reason we want to see pics cause anyone can say they got this or will get that but pics shows it. What is also confusing is that Tyger posted at 2: 09 that he ordered it and then at 2:20 he is ranting that he just got it now what is the truth here just wondering.

Congrats. I can't imagine that you'll be disappointed at all.
Mmm... Saturns.
Don't hassle him, he has no malicious intent. Probably thought he would have the kit and posted in advance not knowing he wouldn't able to pick it up until later. Simple misunderstanding, nothing to give someone a hard time for, I think. I'd be excited to post about a new kit too.
That said, I look forward to seeing that finish. Sounds sweet.
