Default Line 6 ux2 and pc as a ''drum module''?

    Hey!

I'm pretty sure this question has been asked before, and I've searched googelz for all it's worth, but unfortunately with no luck. :/

My question is quite simple; can I connect a kd-8 roland pad into line 6 ux2 and then to a pc with drumsound software, and still get a decent sound with no latency? In other words, use my ux2 and pc like a ''drum module''?

I've tried the setup using ableton, but experienced some latency. Is this because of ableton, of simply because my pc is plain ****?

    Forgive my stupidity!

Welcome to drumchat jokoman. I'm not too sure about that- the device doesn't appear to have any midi connections but it does have usb. It looks more like it's meant to be used with microphones, but that's just my guess as I do not own the ux2. Hopefully someone who knows more can determine if it's possible or not.
