This is my new (to me) 8-inch over 10-inch Meinl stack -- very cool.

I found it for about half-price on GC used gear online -- it arrived in perfect condition.

Below you can see the Tama #62 monster clamp that holds the ElectroStack boom arm attached to the tom stand between the bass drums.

I highly recoomend the Meinl Generation X ElectroStacks and the #62 Tama clamps.

Not seeing anything either, but the work firewall might be blocking it.

Does your picture link say something like "C:/My Documents/Pictures" If there is a link to YOUR computer, no one else can see it. You have to upload it to photobucket or any other picture hosting site.

No -- I went to the User CP and put the photos in Pictures and Albums and then post using the BB Code like I do all the other photos..........weird.

    Really great on certain effects.

For example..........let's say you are in 4/4 and you are doing a fill with 16ths. You can add the stack backed by your bass drums into the fill where one of your toms would have normally been..........sounds cool.

I wouldn't want to overuse such a thing however.

Looks excellent. Have seen some vids with these. Agree--great accent, used tastefully.

That is what it might feel like to most drummers..............it is between the basses so for me it is centered.

Good deal man.. I feel you on the balance aspect, when it comes down to a larger kit setup I got to have it to navigate my way around and find everything. Symmetry and more room for cymbals is one of my favorite parts of rocking out on a larger kit for sure!
