Rolling stones tab

Hi guys,

I've been looking at songs I can begin learning (easy stuff) and like the look of Gimme Shelter by the Stones (everyone likes them right? :P).

Anyway, does anyone have a drum tab or sheet music for this song? Looks like it's pretty to hard to come by from my search around the web.

Tabs for drums are hard to come by unless you pay for them. I would suggest you listen to the song over and over and try to figure out the drum beats or go to youtube and see if there is a video of the Stones playing that song. Gimme shelter is also a song by Grand Funk Railroad I think. Good luck

Yeah I've noticed that. Less people take up drums than guitar I guess?

Found a couple of decent drum covers that should help, will just be slower I think.

I usually have a look at http://www.songsterr.com/
Just type in the name of the song or band & it gives you the option of which instrument you want in the central drop-down tab.

You have to pay if you want to print them off, but I just use it to get an idea of the general pattern, or that tricky part you just cant quite work out by listening to it!

its pretty basic, throw it on your MP3 player

I was going to recommend MXTABS.com, then when I went there, it redirected me to songsterr... guess they changed names. lol
