sheet bronze cymbals are made from a long sheet of metal that they cut the cymbals out of, then bend them. they do not vary in tonal variation and are usually not very high quality.

cast bronze cymbals are made individually, put into a cast and formed from that, some being hand hammered or machine hammered. much better quality

Cast cymbals are also made of a better alloy, with less copper, more tin and trace amounts of silver, I recently read.

Here the difference (for comparation) :

A Custom Specs (as for Cast Bronze Cymbals)--->
    Alloy : 80%, Tin : 20%,Traces of Silver

ZBT specs (as for Sheet Bronze Cymbals )--->
    Copper : 92%, Tin : 8%

One question that still stuck in my mind was : 'Why The Sheet bronze have a low price comparing to the Cat Bronze ?'

Easier to make I suppose, since they can make alot of the alloy and cut out cymbals rather than casting individual ones.
