Ion Drum Rocker Electronic Drum Brain

I have zero experience with Electronic Drums. Can I use an Ion Drum Rocker Electronic Drum Brain, to convert acoustic set to electronic?

Hello there,

I don't think you will be able to because it doesn't seem like it's a 'brain' as such - more a controller - I don't think it will generate any sounds. It doesn't seem to have that many inputs or the ability to handle a hi-hat controller, either. I may be wrong.

To convert an acoustic kit, you will need triggers and a drum brain (module).
