I just added an 18" ft to my DW kit and am using the 14" ft on the left. I love it there. Adds a whole new dimension..

I had always wanted a chrome drum set but since I was gigging at the time I was worried about the fingerprints. Love yours..nice setup.

Had these out for their first rock gig this afternoon. Couple turns of the key, and a little more bass drum muffling. They nailed the sound. What a great, versatile kit for the money.....

That's a really nice Gretsch kit. I love the color, and the way you have them set up. Looks very, very comfortable.

Have you considered installing clear maple bass drum hoops? The maple hoops would blend perfectly with the color, and would really make the bass drum "pop" visually.

That's a really nice finish on your Gretsch! I don't think i've seen one like that before, it makes me think about the ocean and coral reefs.

I like to use the alien disk as an offset / accent with 16th note ride patterns. Usually the right hand on the ride, and the left on the disk. It adds a nice color to diddles, flam accents, ect. I also have the Sabian bell disk, kinda a zil-bell sound to go along with it. I don't always bring them out for playing with the band, but they are a lot of fun to use when jamming at home.

I just got this PDP Kit. It says "CX" on the badge, but when I found it in the PDP catalog it's a CXR Kit. PDP and SP Hardware. Sabian Xs20 and AA cymbals. It sounds great and the 24" Kick Drum is amazing!!!

These are my pet projects. Some old single tension Ludwig stuff. Single ply Mahogany. Wood hoops all around.Student level stuff circa 50's. They are...looking

tired...reddish brown like a barn...want to silver sparkle them. They actually play well.
