Yes, that is part of my cymbal wall of fame. Retired hero's of the past.

Yup, they are called Gig Grips. I have grip issues with mt right hand from a long ago injury. Using this allows me to keep a relaxed grip without losing the stick. I know it's cheating, but I will do whatever it takes to be able to continue playing.

Awesome set up wolvie! One thing that really caught my eye is the stand for the chimes. I have never seen a stand that was specific for mounting chimes, and I'm wondering where you found it.

I looked at it, I loved it, I beat on it, I loved it more, I went back. I still loved it, I asked them to take $20 off, I took it home.

im not really sure why I bought it im still in an apartment and dont have an acoustic kit but I guess a snare you love is a good place to start building up from. its pdp sx 2 year old new maple mahogany

Thanks johnny G. That sparkle finish actually changes color depending on what the light source is. Yep, I'm glad that I took the chance and went with an unknown, and was pleasantly surprised.
