Oh Lordy, that is a beautiful vintage! Wish there were more kits like that round these parts, would love to see that kind of beauty on a stage more often.

I've got some nice Gretsch's, but there's just something really fun about playing these Radio Kings. And, they always sound great. May have to get a cradle for the 14". I prefer lightweight stands, but need a pretty hefty one to support the Tom.

A couple of the Luddy from this weekend. Nice & simple 4pc configuration w/ 2 crashes, a ride & HH's.

Yep! Has no right to sound as good as it does, but it does! Just a full warm boom, with great dynamic response. It's a 9 lugger.....

Here's my kit. A little something different. I'm curious of what drummers think.

Latest funky setup. Swap meet finds, both of them. Less then $100 total invested, and the 10 x 26 is a true *bass* drum! Been playing along with the Meters, and Galactic, and just grinning ear to ear! Adding a vintage Leedy timbale on top, and a converted marcher floor, and it's gigging ready!

Thanks for your kind words! I'm using a LP cajon pedal now.
I stripped out the cable and redesigned the connector to the pedal board
And added a spring. I even cotton packed the spring to keep the noise down.
    Keep on drumm'n!
