DG--only thing missing on that kit is you! Cool tribute to Ringo!

Middleman--I've seen big drum kits, bro', but I've never seen one that makes YOU disappear like yours! Hope you're rockin' the drums again soon!

Thanks! I am loving them. I've got all but one of the factory batter heads changed out now, and I am amazed at how much better the new heads (Evans EC2's) make the drums sound.
The rack is new also, and it is taking me a while to get everything arranged just right. I had to move my Roland unit from under my left hand crash to the left of my hihat, that is taking some getting used to, but I am ecstatic to actually have a drum set that is what I want!

Hey Peach I love your kit man. Is it Maple or Birch? I love those PDP lacquer fades with the wood grains showing. I love the looks of lacquered kits, but after that "first" big scratch, it'll just make you cry for a bit. Blessings.......

Peach, what parts of the kit are electronic, or have you triggered all the drums?

I have the Roland SPD-20 pad to the left of my hi-hat and a bass drum trigger on a pedal next to the hi-hat pedal as well. No triggers on any of my acoustic drums.
