I learned the basis of my bass drum techniques from his book, that came with a square record! In fact, I learned the "Bonham triplet" from Carmine. Awesome underrated dude.

I went to one of his drum clinics a long time ago. My girlfriend at the time and I sat in the front row. I swear he was eyeing her out . Great drummer, funny too.

I'll never forget before cable there was a Rod Stewart concert on. This was before I ever had my own set of drums. The thing that stood out most was Carmines presence with the big set and riser and hair lol.

John Bonham picked up a thing or two from Carmine, from watching him play.
