Thanks Russ. Most of DrumChat goes through the Drum Bum accounts. Their twitter page is here.
Does drumbum or drumchat have a twitter? I'd like to follow them and help get word out.

Cool. I don't use twitter. Facebook is enough of a social distraction. But for those that do use it, it can be cool.

A couple of years ago, my girlfriends daughter put me on facebook. I was getting e-mails from people I knew and getting even more from people that I didn't have a clue as to who they were.
I pretty much ignored it for the most part, but being I got birthday greetings from a couple of friends of mine, I had to respond. After that I tried to get off.
I just ignored it after that, but, I was getting between 15-25 e mails a day, mainly from people that I didn't know. Your name or whatever stays on it, and it's hard to remove yourself from it. So I went on it one day and wrote the most obscene thing I could think of about how stupid I thought the whole thing was, and the next day I got a e-mail telling me how to completely remove myself from it.
I know people use it to keep in touch with friends around the country, but you also have the people that put up that they just passed gas and want to share that with everybody. Being old school, I keep in touch with the people I want to keep in touch with by phone or the occassional e-mail.
Just out of curiousity, what is the difference between facebook and twitter?
Cool thanks drummer! I hit em up with a follow, so hopefully my followers will see them too(around 1100) if they respond and visit the site or support drumbum back.
