I don't even celebrate Christmas and I still think the season is pretty cool. People seem a little nicer this time of year. What's got you so angry?

I don't hate Christmas as such, more the excessive commercialisation of it & the expectation that one must enjoy the endless soundtrack of tacky Christmas songs every time you go into a shop!
Also, it now appears that Christmas starts in October in the shops, so by the time it actually comes around I'm sick to death of the whole thing.

I hear ya man. I don't even celebrate Christmas and I used to feel the same way. Then it dawned on me. Christmas is not about all the commercialism, shopping, songs, etc. It's about being a good human being, showing some kindness to others, smiling a little easier, being with friends and family and appreciating that they're still here and alive and giving to someone who is down and out. Screw all the other nonsense.

I went into a Toys R Us a couple of years ago to get a couple of things for a friends kids.

It was 95% ladies, and you would have thought it was fight night.
