Any thoughts on Ddrum Dios or Ludwig Club Date

ON my endless quest for a new drum set I've come across great deals at the exact wrong time and things like that. However, two kits have caught my eye recently. The Ddrum Dios $850 10,12,22,14(snare),16 . and The ludwig Club Date downbeat 20,12,14 for 800. By the time I get either of these sets, I should have an acrolite by then, so a snare isn't specifically needed, but it would be nice. The main Downside with the club date for me however, is that I can't get an add on drum. I would love a second rack tom, but I would be unable to get one. I am a little worried about the Dios quality control and a new company, but they should be solid. However, does the quality of the Ludwig Club date override the dios? I just want to know your thoughts, thank you for helping.

Drum Dios are a lot of drum for the money! I have played a few sets and they were excellent.
