Hello!! The plastic or nylon washer works as a spacer for the top of the tension rods. $14 bought everything at Lowes

I have never had a problem with the lugs loosening on my snare maybe it is because I use Die Cast Hoops and maybe not. Anyway it never happens. Lug locks look like a great idea though.

    1. Why would you need 50 lug locks?
    2. Like I said 5 for $2

Still only need 10. 99% of the time the only lugs that loosen are the ones on either side of were you do your rimshot.

    Ok,
Except for extreme cases, normally a person would not need 50 lug locks.

Kinda going with what slinglander said..I use rim shots alot..but I guess I am NOT considered a hard hitter as you others..never had rim loosen due to rim shot playing...ever, is this common with most of you guys and gals?
