Default Practice on drums or pad

I was just sitting here thinking about how many drummers practice on their drums or just pad. So I decided to just ask how many practice on their drum kits or pad? I myself practice on either one depending on how I feel.

    Keep drumming

I use both pad and kit. Pad for stick control and the kit to move the rudiment around.

i've recently bought a practice pad, that as said, I'm using to improve control.

additionally, I use software via midi to diagnose what notes i'm playing and whether they are in time.

What late8 said, pad for ruds and control. Kit to put it together and play.

Depends on where the Baby is. I usually play the kit when she is taking a bath. Afterwards I let her play on them. I mostly use the pad. Been really considering improving my hand and foot technique. Starting "Stick Control", and have been dabbling in "Rhythmic Patterns: Full Drum Set Studies For the Modern Drummer" and "The New Breed"
