    Cool Pearl Pedal... info??

    Hey Y'all!

    I just bought this pearl pedal on ebay, it looks wicked!!
    is it usually expensive? i got it for a bargain! $30...
    does anyone know more about this pedal? the ebay seller just said it was in good condition lol!









    woohoo! now i have a pedal that won't crumble when i use it lol!

    Tom, that was just mean...LOL.

    Congrats on the additional pedal, DrumsGirl21.

    It's a basic pedal but should perform as you expect it to. If you don't like the way it sounds you could try a different beater with it. And obviously you know how to adjust the action.

    Might take a few tries to get it where you like the tension but as long as the spring is good and the bearings aren't worn you should be ok.

    It's identical my early 90s Pearl Export pedal, only mine has a bit of vinyl instead of a chain.

    I've had that baby for 13 years and never had a problem with it.

    I had a double set of this same model for a few years and it did the job very nicely. It was a chain also, so the action was pretty responsixe. $30 is what I usually see the single going for used. Well worth the money. Enjoy!

    oh cool! so mine is a pearl Export then?
    that's awesome that it's that reliable! not like my DXP one! that crumbles into a million pieces after a few songs!

    Haha i had DXP double kicks until got the eliminators. Man what an upgrade. Im sure you will love this so much more DG Have fun with it.

    My Pedal arrived and i tried it out! It's awesome!! And it improves my drumming! wow! what a difference a good pedal can do!

    good for you drumgirl, hope it makes your playing real smooth, nothing better than finding a nice feeing pedal. you pretty much have to dance on the kick and hats , so you want good gear and comfy shoes.
