Practice, lessons, rudiments, practice, more practice and then more practice. Oh, I also want to mention practice.
Get some lessons, get some books, look on youtube, and practice. Then practice more.
Practice slow and controlled. Then practice slow and controlled some more. GRADUALLY speed things up when you are comfortable and making little or no mistakes at the slow tempo.
Switch hands. Example, if there is an exercise that leads with the right practice it with the right then, using the same exercise, lead with the left. Same with your feet.
Keep time with your feet when practicing rudiments with your hands. Play several bars with your left foot on the hh keeping time (wuarter notes) then do the same with the right foot.
