Not cool, can anyone explain why? Is it just because I am new?

I have to login every 3 seconds it seems like. Every action, every page.

    Pretty annoying.

It's probably you. Something to do with your browser maybe? Maybe try another browser. Or you could have a bad or weak connection. Some have complained of being knocked off intermittently in the past and I believe that it might be the shoutbox that's the culprit but I'm no IT. The more solid the connection you have, the more stable this forum will be for you. I do know that.

    Try this.

    Open a command prompt window.

    At the prompt type

    ipconfig /flushdns and press enter

    close the command box.

    Restart computer.

Also, if you use Internet Explorer go to:

    Tools>Internet Options

In the General tab and in the second section labeled Browser history click on

    Settings

In there under Temporary Internet Files make sure that the radio button is set to "every time I visit the web page" and then change the value box to 50. Click OK all the way back out to accept the changes

At that point it wouldn't hurt to close and reopen IE. I'd even go as far as rebooting first to be sure all history data is gone.

    Hope that helps some.

The line between the real world and the machine world is becoming more and more blurred every day.But its not that humans are turning into automations or becoming slaves to the machines. No, we're simply growing toward each other!

    Shanks a rot, southern buddy.

If all else fails you could always try this.

    Format C: /s

That removes any problems...and data and programs and anything you really didn't want to lose. But it feels so GOOD.

Disclaimer: running the format command will indeed lose your connection to Drum Chat...and everything else for that matter.

Please consult your physician before trying that or any other permanant fix.
