    Cool For a particular occasion

Unfortunately am one of those that doesn't have one!

Though if you'd ask me to pick something for mother's day...the first one that would come to mind is Temple Grandin.

Plus, if you like good comentaries --- the DVD version delivers.

Yes, this was the film the Homeland creators had on their mind when they were thinking about casting Carrie Mathison.

My oldest brother was a total movie nut, he had over 10,000 DVDs in his apartment. This Thursday will mark two days since he passed away. In his honor I'll give my votes, although I'm not a huge movie guy.

Favorite movie? This one is easy. Mel Brook's Young Frankenstein makes me laugh every time I catch it even though I know every line.

Favorite actor or actress? Hmm... Spencer Tracy. He didn't have movie star looks, he could portray every man and make you believe that he was that character every time.

Favorite director? John Ford gets my nod. He was the king of the westerns, but also could knock out a classic outside of that genre such as "The quiet man".

Studio? MGM at their peak in the 30's and 40's would be hard to beat.

Movie music composer? I'm going with the safe bet on this one, John Williams.

We grow old because we stop playing."

"I wish that my playing reminded people of Steve Gadd. But they seem to confuse me with his little known cousin... E."

    "Snare drums happen."

I love the style of Gaspar Noe's "Enter the Void"
Favourite actor - Bill Murray, actress is Scarlett Johannson, super talented and beautiful.
    Director is Stanley Kubrick
Movie company....hmmm, don't know many but Pixar is always amazing.
And my favorite composer, hands down, is Danny Elfman.
