Tuned- FINALLY-lovin it

Finally got my drums tuned.
I was getting a bit depressed and thinking I should have bought a better set. I hated how they sounded. I couldn't wait to replace them

Then, I followed the examples on youtube from dave weckl, but the video cot off at the end, but it was enough to help.

Then I found a video by bobgatzen for TONAL tuning. Man that helped a lot, used my keyboard (not the one for my computer!) to check tones.

They Sound Great, well better than before. maybe just a littlle deep, but i had them way to tight before. I actually find myself trying to throw in more fills now that it sounds right.

Tuning isn't quite as intimidating now!

the dave weckl vid "back to basics" is how i learned to tune. i always loved the thick, wet, deep tone he got out of small drums. i tune a little different these days to get the sounds i need for different settings.
