Same thing I always were on stage, black tank top, camo shorts and chucks.
First thing I would do (and I always do) is ask the rest of the band what they're wearing. A few months ago, I got called to do a nice club gig up in the mountains. I didn't think to ask about what to wear. I put on some light colored khakis and a green shirt. The rest of the band showed up in all black. I looked like a dork.

It really depends on the gig.
I've played big band gigs (a long time ago) in a tux. I play a lot of my hand percussion gigs in a Zildjian (or other manufacturer's) T-shirt and jeans. Most gig attire falls in the middle of those two extremes.
When I've filled in on bass for a blues band I've worn black slacks and a black dress shirt. I want to be as invisible as possible just in case I screw up.

For me... comfy shorts or pants, nice roomy shirt, probably a button up... no shoes.
I never play with shoes on. Always been a thing with me since I was young.. Just feels right without shoes!
