I use a 21 inch mist X reverse china from the guys at Saluda cymbals. Anyone else ever used, currently use, love and or hate reverse chinas?

This is my first post so just chatting and seeing who's doing what.

Does it have a shape and profile similar to this 18" Paiste Novo China of mine? With a rounded bell?

I like the trashy yet controlled, almost 'gated' like sound that comes from mine.

If you mean that the bell is reversed, Dream makes a series of cymbals like that. I haven't used one in a set-up but I've tried a few in a store and the 16" one sounded super cool. It had a very quick decay and a hard, dark tone but it was still musical.
