On second thought, forget it these people are whacked!
Years ago, watching the Monkees TV show, Mickey Dolenz's drums (a beautiful Gretsch set BTW) always had that "askew" look to them as if a stage hand had just dragged them out from the back, not purposefully set up to play. Toms were at different angles each time they appeared and some oddball configs like a hi hat beside a floor tom and things like that. Used to get a kick out of that.

    Zildjian L80 low volume cymbals
    Aquarian Super-Pads
Roland TD9, Pintech drum triggers, Yamaha cymbal triggers

I'm not going to lie that's pretty trippy but I actually think it's super creative and I like it.
Really cleans up the front look of the kit.

"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham

A D.I.Y. snare bed? Looks like he should have used a lighter sledgehammer.

Wow. That one's got the biggest "idiot dent" I've ever seen. The zoomatic is a lousy throw off. People tended to overtighten them, resulting in dented shells.
    Mmm... Saturns.

Cymbals look good, but ultimately I think it's priced way too high for an export. $500-$800 seems fair.
