Is there a name for this condition of becoming an accidental drummer and crossing to the dark side of the drums!!
Hi, BeatMonster! Some of my best friends are bassists. And frankly, I enjoy playin' off the bass player when I'm playin' my hand drums!

Now, having accidentally become a drummer, I found myself thinking oh the studio has drums set up already, I don't have to tune my bass or mess about with ampage, I'll just stroll in a bit late. Then I found myself thundering the drums because it's just too much fun. ... I've now become my own worst nightmare!! Context is king!
Either that or a very talented bandleader...and I don't think it's ALL accidental!

But recently I've crossed over to the OTHER dark side, and I play bass.
They have not dis-owned me here. (Yet.) So, you will be welcome for sure.
This is a friendly group. Ask anything and you'll find everyone helpful.
