Dang Bish right on! She riding with ya yet?
I wrode for years by myself while with my dreadful ex of 15 years. She would never ride with me anywhere on the bike so I always made sure to keep one (like 6 or so jap bikes back to back over them years) handy.
Now my wife (of 19 fun years) is my best friend and bass player/riding buddy. I hardly go anywhere on the bike without her.
OK the rain can stop now please!

I gotta do something cool this April for our 20th huh?
I think I know what I'm gonna do...
Upgrade her diamond on here ring again, buy her a cheese burger, and a hottie top from the bike shop.
Maybe two if they're on sale.
The hottie tops not the cheeseburgers.
Hi, Ray. My wife doesn't ride anymore. She used to have her own bike but apparently values life over carnage.
It's getting more ridiculous every day with all the dolts that run over bikers. But I see it with cars on cars just as often with people pulling in front of each other and surprised there aren't more wrecks than there are. I am always looking ahead and anticipating the 4 wheeler's ahead and am ready for their blunders. It seems every day I encounter several almost collisions but then I don't speed or cut in and out of traffic. I just rumble on at my leisure and enjoy the views.
If you are about to celebrate 20 years of marriage, that is awesome.
I do think, however, that the appropriate gift to the spouse at the 20 year mark is a new snare drum. But that's just me.

Yeah I'm as easy going as it gets out there and I still find myself saying "Hey Fool!" With a little dip very often, damn near ever time out. It is crazy!
I give the biker wave to the people I can tell looked twice and make eye contact with me. My little thank you I can tell they appreciate and hopefully continue to look twice for the rest of you guys.
Wife use to lean forward and ask "Did you know them? Nope but our day could of just took a turn for the worst and that's just what I do. I catch her doing it sometimes now.

I found a 14+ hundred dollar snare on Craigslist. I should go get it for her (but she won't use it) and tell'er you told me to.
I do the same thing. If someone yields to me at a left turn or waits to pull out from a side street, I will wave and if I'm not wearing my full face helmet, (I'll be wearing my half helmet) I'll also mouth a thank you. If I can tell, they usually wave back or at least smile an acknowledgement.

9. 5 for me
Met my wife in 1975 and married her June 19, 1978 (36 years) and love here the same as when I met her. So 39 years with the same woman is a long time. Like anyone we had ups and downs but always manage to get through them. We did everything together biking, snowmobiling, horse back riding ( we owned a few) fishing, water skiing, camping etc etc. Now we are basically home bodies and enjoying whatever is left of our lives.
Staying married for very long is rare these day's.
2nd time around for me, but im relatively young still
1st marriage 4 years- She Devil I tell ya! lol
2nd marriage 2.5 and so good
12 years.
