Try doing a factory reset. Do you have a manual?

So....you push the Ambiance and Multi effects buttons and nothing happens?

I've never used mine but when I push the buttons, the screen displays options.

im taking it into my local so might be able to troubleshoot it with a roland rep on the phone

damit my luck buying a second hand kit and not checking it properly

i have taken it into a local electronics shop ..should have it all fixed by next week

Did they address the problem with it?

not 100% sure yet but it should be just the contact switches behind the buttons

because the other fx works on the part of the board

shop called me, all fixed pick it up tomorrow

not sure what the problem was yet but it didn't cost me the earth to get it fixed
