    Smile I finally bought a decent electronic kit ... a TD10

I hope it's still considered decent since the design is 10 or 15 years old

Anyway, it completely smokes the TD6 kit I had with those crappy rubber pads.

The only question I have is, will a Yamaha DTX700 brain work with the roland triggers? I'm thinking I eventually want to go with some updated more realistic sounds if possible.

For now, the Roland sounds are decent and sound good enough!

Oh, question 2: The kick drum misfires every now and then. I'm thinking that poor sensor has been beat to death over the years.... Can you buy authentic Roland replacement sensors anywhere?

Thanks! I'll post a pic of it later if anyone is interested.

Used. I don't think they've made the TD10 in years.
