Very nice!!
These are the drums I lusted after in my late teens. I still have the original brochure from when I was 16. Two years ago I pieced together a 5 piece kit, with separates I bought off of ebay. I have since got enough drums to make what I have today, with all period Tri lok, hardware.
Sizes are 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 x 2, 18 toms.
14 x 8 snare
22 x 16 x 2 bass drums.

Looks really fun to play. Congrats.

A bunch of snares
A bunch of cymbals
Off-Set double pedals
I think I love to play the drums simply because you get to hit 'em!!!
Nice. Lot's o' Drums.
Very nice!!
Nice kit. Love playing big kits. Plenty of drums in which to be creative with. Smaller kits you are forced to be creative with repetitive sounds. With big kits the creativity flows much more easily with many different sounds to experience IMO.

Great kit there sticks. I own a long boom arm trilock stand with counterweight - like yours except it has double braced style legs, Man are those things built to last. Solid as a rock and capable of mounting anything securely - even at silly heights. Just wish it wasn't so heavy!
Those are awesome! I love my old XPK kit. It sounds so deep and rich. I can't imagine what the resonator shells must sound like. Those old Premiers are some of the most beautiful kits ever made (IMO). The chrome is second to none. Is the color a trans-black, or does it have a slight bluish-purple tint in the light?

Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!

now that's a great classic setup man! \m/
Once you go black, you never go back. Now that's my kind of setup!

Thanks N2. These drums are the same as the ones that Neil Peart asked to take the liners out of, so that they would resonate better, during a side by side test with 4 or 5 top kits at the time. Most people do take out the liners, but I love the clean look on the insides with them in.
These drums have the purple hue that comes and goes depending on the lighting. Outside it is very apparent!
Very Cool Kit!

You got a beauty there sticks. Love the booms. Nice matched snare. 9"? and how do you like that head on the left kick? I'm running stock Yamaha heads with Remo Muffl's on the batter side in my Yamaha 24's. Bare bones and love the sound. No filler required. THUNDEROUS!

Thanks Slinky! I am using the Black Shadow 14 x 8 snare that came with part of the kit. Great sounding snare. I still have to get a whole set of new heads for this kit. I am using what the drums came with, so far. Many are the stock originals. I am going to recreate all the original Premier logos on the new heads, to keep it looking stock. The bass drum has a PS3 batter, and the original Premier reso. The bass is the best sounding part of the kit.
Nice! the Remo Muffl's do wonders. Slap a couple those on your new heads! You'll be rattling the roof.
