So basically I'm looking to play a mix of thrash/death/black metal and I'm looking to purchase new bass pedals. I was looking at getting either Tama Iron Cobra Rolling Glide Single Pedal or Pearl P-2000C PowerShifter Eliminator Chain-Drive Pedal. Any help is greatly appreciated everyone, thanks!

I've been using the Powershifter eliminator pedals for many years. I love them. I Switched to the DW 9000 pedals a few years back but quickly went back to the eliminators, better pedal in my opinion.

Don't forget about the Pearl Demon Drives. I recently acquired a set of the doubles through a trade. I love them!

Best advice... Make a road trip day to find music stores and try them all out... Feel is everything and to everyone it's different. But I love my iron cobra. Got one for sale basically brand new in box. Looks mint but a little older as I bought a single and decided never to use it. Got a double later instead

Shopping for pedals is like buying a new pair of shoes. Fit and comfort will differ from pedal to pedal like trying on different styles and make of shoes. Like northern redneck posted "everybody's feet are different". You must go down and try them out for yourself.
