Sorry man, but you are it. You are "The most interesting poster on Drum Chat"!
"I don't always talk about drums, but when I do, it's on DrumChat.com."
I've noticed in quite a few older threads, there's lots of members that don't post anymore. Quite a few Top Dogs! It might be because they lost interest, don't have time, the list goes on. So my question is to people who have been here longer then me is, who are some memorable members? One's that were very active on the forum? Who made an impact. I'm interested in knowing how it was before I joined.

Fly, there was a guy named RoadDebris in here years ago that I really liked. His son played drums and he was in here supporting him. He was passionate, interesting, funny and one of my favorites. Unfortunately he got banned because he was a bit edgy and wouldn't stop breaking the rules. Usually I ban people I don't like so this was hard for me.
We had a guy here a couple of years ago, oddly enough, he was known as Tom the Mod.
Cranky old coot he was.
Now we have this guy, again, oddly enough, known as Tom the Super Mod.
Great guy, easy to get along with, funny as hell, and he really is a Super Mod.
I wonder what happened to the cranky guy.
Lots of people have come and gone over the years. There are some people that I miss sometimes, but that's just how it goes with online forums like this. 2slow, Larrysperf, Tazmania, Lesizmor, shabutie2113, Martinez12...some former big contributors who haven't been around for various reasons. Still keep in touch with some of them via Facebook.

Markadiddle just left. I miss him already.
Ole Drumbles has left the building too.

Wait...Markadiddle is really gone? What the heck happened? Cool guy that added some 'flavor' to the site. Dang, hate to hear that.
Tex
Late8 is still around just busy with personal issues I heard. Markadiddle and Lat8 where good buddies on DC and off.
I haven't been around long but remember markadiddle.
I talk to Markadiddle, Late and Snide all the time.
To save arguements I will keep why they left to myself.
fiacovaz is certainly missed by many of us. Frank was a man od uncommon wisdom, and plenty of drumming experience. Unfortunately, Frank passed away.
Another one I miss is DrumChick. She could always make people laugh.
There are plenty of others, and many of them are still here so I'm glad to be back among them.

I did not know that late8 was no longer member here. I will miss Rich he was full of information and always loved his sense of humour and never got teed off at anyone here. One of the reasons why I respected the man he was indeed a friend to me here on DC.
Frank was special. He was opinionated but could back much of it up with a long playing career. He was looked up to by many in here and he's definitely been missed.
Completely forgot about DrumChick. That girl was a mess, lol. She really livend the place up. She pops her head in here from time to time to say hello. Wish she would hang around more but she's not playing drums anymore last time I talked to her.
Sometimes I wonder how many people that we talk to every day through forums (like this one) pass away. Maybe sickness, car accidents, whatever, and no one knows it. They're just "gone".

Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!
"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham
