I called my boss and told her I couldn't come to work
because I had a problem with my eyes.
She asked me what the problem was and I told her
that I just couldn't see myself coming in.

ALL my socks are the exact same brand, style and color; Fruit-of-the-loom, grey colored crew length. That way, they all match. Losing one sock never results in having just one unusable orphan sock that hangs out in your dresser drawer. Digging through a large laundry basket of clean socks just to find a matching pair is a non-issue. In fact, I don't even have to match them up in pairs at all....you can just dump all the loose socks in your drawer. As long as you have at least 2 clean socks, you're good-to-go. Grey is the perfect color for socks; it doesn't show stains as bad as white, and it matches with jeans & sneakers as well as casual slacks and brown leather shoes.

It's the simple things that make life more enjoyable....

"Too many crappy used drum stuff to list"

    Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!

"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham

One nice thing about living in the Bahamas...no one wears socks so it leaves a whole dresser drawer available for sticks, strings and patch cords.

    all the best...

One day my feet were up on my desk, I had headphones on listening to music and my boss came over and asked me why I was not working.

I replied " because I did not see you walk up behind me"

Ha haaa. That's a good one.

A late night Radio DJ took a live 'phonecall from a listener
who requested he play 'Hotel California' for him.
The DJ asked the caller if they had the record, and the caller
    excitedly said that they did.
The DJ then ended the call saying "Just play it yourself".

One time the girlfriend and I were straightening up the apartment for visitors and a loud knock was on the door. She asked, who is it? A mans voice said, The F.B.I.!
Recognizing his voice I whispered to her, It's your Fat Brother In-Law.
