So I am guessing London ICM is a college course in London Ontario that offers the drum courses via study at home/correspondence for people who don't want to do the physical move to London?
This is exactly how I hired my teacher. Instead of going to a school and playing on the school kit during the weeknights, I asked for private lessons at my home on my kit on the weekends.
I'm sure at least one of your prior instructors wouldn't mind cutting out the "middleman," provided their schedule permits them.

Its already a difficult task to find a tutor who is good and is giving you what you need to become a better drummer. I changed my tutor after two years because he did mainly play alongs. Hopefully you get a tutor that you can learn from
London College of Music- do you get a certification of some sort, required for a "union" job? I guess I'm really asking why "study" for this exam?
