Thats great man! That's dedication right there, props to you! I always find my morning practices to be more productive than my evening/night practices as well.
Every morning before I go to work I practice a few rudiments. My paradiddle is getting faster. I start out with single stroke roll and then double stroke roll. Also have been thinking about taking some drum sticks to work and working on my rudiments while on my breaks. I want to use some paradiddles around the kit and work on some more drum solo's using rudiments. Maybe make some drum videos of my drum solo's later.
Keep drumming
Gregg

I do them as a warmup, and combine them and are part of my basic routine...

Better than having a pad or kit in your office, being one of those lucky few to make a living out of drumming

A guy at work let an inch or so of marine paint dry in a pail. It made a perfect disc. Hard but with just a slight amount of give. I took it out and use it as a pad. I keep a pair of sticks at work and do rudiments between boat departures. On breaks I even bring up an online metronome and really sharpen up.
all the best...
Gregg, it's always great to see you posting.
It's worth a try. Every little bit helps.
Thank you all for your wonderful comments.
I used to keep my pad and sticks in my locker. You just have to be considerate of anyone else in the break room.
I think you should definitely take your sticks to work. I have my own office but unfortunately you can still hear the noise when i practice on the seat so if I am at work early I practice then. I think I am going to practice right now as the boss is leaving lol
I do keep my sticks beside my bed so that as soon as i get up id practice with both hands and legs to keep both flexible for the days practice.
