    Natural Highs!
    • Falling in love.

    Whoa, you covered the field!

Here are a few more from the b-bro's side of the fence...

    Hugging the ones you love...
Reading aloud to a small child...
Mentoring someone in drumming (or for that matter, anything)...
Seeing someone do his or her best (or even outperforming you) in what you taught to them...
Sharing your time, talent and treasure with others...
(and to me, making oatmeal raisin cookies is as good as making chocolate chip cookies!)
Knowing that you make (and made) a difference even if no one else notices it.
Actually stopping and smelling the roses (figuratively and literally!)
Playing your drums and/or singing and watching the response...
keep the beat goin' ... Don't keep it to yourself!

Roosting a friend on a muddy trail.

Roosting a stranger on a muddy trail.

Realizing the flashing blue & red lights behind you are not for you.

Passing someone at full throttle when their window is down (can you hear me now?)

Having a louder sterio than the rap listening idiot next to you in traffic.

Betting $100 on red and winning.

I know some would consider it a drug, but technically since it grows on Gods green earth and doesn't go through any chemical processing, it's natural. lol

These are all great!! But for me specifically...
Watching my 4 sons grow, both physically and mentally.
When my 8 yr old (who is Autistic) completes another goal on his IEP.
When my 5 yr old draws pictures of me and mommy.
When my twins (almost 3) work together to accomplish something, like opening a bag of chips they snagged when they thought I wasn't looking.

I could go on and on, but these are the most recent.

Making your own low-cal version of Starbucks' Caramel Macchiato (hot please). Ofcourse, since it is made with Expresso, this may not be a completely "natural high!" It is very good though-best dessert I've ever had!
