    Default hardware bag with wheels

    hi everyone,

Was looking for some advice. I'd like to buy a hardware bag with wheels, something a bit more like a suitcase than drum specific. Here is why:

I'm going back to the US for a few weeks in July, will be taking back a good amount of stuff, mostly clothes (and good tequila!), perhaps a drum thing or two but not much. It would go under the plane as checked luggage.

So this means I would need something rather big, and of good build quality to survive baggage handlers and trans-Atlantic flights.

Or maybe this is a bad idea, and I should just buy one here and not worry about the price difference (def will be cheaper in the US). I'd rather not bring back two bags, since I'm travelling alone and don't want customs here searching my bags (they'll take my lovely tequila). IDK, what do you think?

It would go under the plane as checked luggage.

All baggage is checked, carry on or under plane cargo. It all goes threw X ray.

Check the used resale stores such as Salvation Army or Goodwill. I bought a small suitcase with collapsible handle and wheels for USA $ 0.50. I keep my gigging stuff in it such as sticks, business cards, clock, cough drops, calendar and notebook.

Hey J.... My suggestion would be the 36"x11" rolling cymbal stand case from SKB. It has straps like a suit case and the locking latches have keys and are TSA accepted.

From CZ to the US, and bringing back Tequila from the US (well from Mexico, but you know what I mean).
