Good luck sling!
We're in the battle of the bands!
My one classic rock band has been chosen to be one of the 3 bands in the South Mountain, Pa, battle of the bands at the Arentzville fair! All contestants get local music store gift certificates and radio station promos. It happens tonight in the auditorium.
We'll all do 1/2 hr. sets with, we hope, no duplicate songs.
Here's our varied set list(supposedly in keeping with the radio station's music):

Update: we won 2nd place-$400 gift certificate redeemable at our local music store!
Must've been 120F on that stage, everybody sweat like pigs, guitarists were running out of towels to dry hands and frets...I gave up, hoping I'd be able to hold onto my sticks in spite of it all.

Hi, that is brilliant!!
We came in second place when we did a battle of the bands. It meant there was one band better than us on the night, but we were better than 28 others we had beaten over the heats
You won a lot more than we did too!!
