    Default Veterans Day

Happy Veterans Day to all my brothers and sisters who served or are serving now.

Let us not forget those who didn't make it home.

All gave some. Some gave all.

I get reminded every year since my father was a WWII AF P-51 mustang pilot and lucky for me it's also my birthday.

But I thank Vets every chance I get every day.

Without them, we wouldn't be here now.

I have a few friends & relatives that have served and have wished them all a happy Veterans Day. It's always a bittersweet day because it's also a trip to the cemetery to see dad.

Yeah,I was in during Water Gate the last part of Nam war. I was in the Air Force so I lucked out and ended up in Vegas (Nellis AFB ) then RAF Lakenheath UK. Though alot of my friends were finishing tours from Nam so I heard all the horrible stories first hand.
