Hi, a while ago I sat my Grade 8 drumming performance &theory exam, I was nervous but got through it and passed with 85% which is a merit.
I am still pleased though it has been worth it :D

I am going to keep on going, I will be able to study for a diploma now, but my age is stopping me for now, you have to be 16, so I am going to work with my tutor on some more techniques, we are working on linear stuff at the moment, and when I can I want to go to college and learn all about recording/ sound/ engineering

    Great Job Bridie.

I acquired an outdated set of Grade 1 - 8 Rockschool Drums book/CDs (2006 - 2012) from eBay and I have Grades 1 - 5 of the current edition - I'm slowly working my way through them. They are great fun, and also serve to highlight my weak areas and identify where I need more practice (everywhere) - which can be a bit embarrassing...

At the moment I'm plodding through Grade 3... Its gonna be a while.
