I know it's not much help...but I think if you stay in the middle of your budget and stick with the bigger names, you'll be fine.
Best of luck to you.

HI, My son is getting a Roland drum kit for Xmas as above and we want to get an amp to go with the set up. I have been advised that a keyboard amp would be okay but do not really know much about them. We have only got approx £200 - £250 budget as the kit has cost a lot already. I've looked around and come up with the following but would appreciate advice on if these amps would be suitable, or if not any other suggestions.
Roland KC-350 (secondhand)
Behringer K900FX
Laney AH150 Audiohub
Eden EM275 (reduced from £400 to £200 for this weekend)
Many thanks in advance.

DW drums and Paiste cymbals.
Any of them are fine, but the Roland is probably the best bang for the buck, so-to-speak.
The Laney would be my second choice as it has 5 channels.
Simmons DA 200. Can be head for $350 (250 or so pounds). Often cheaper with a sale. They sound pretty darn good for the price and are plenty loud enough for practice and small gigs. I have used mine for both with good success.
