    Looks like the waiting paid off. Congrats on getting a great cymbal, not to mention the one you actually wanted and, it sounds like you got a good deal on it!

    You're right, it feels so good if you are finally getting what you have worked for.
    I've got it for 259 instead 305, not a too great price difference but it was new and had its full warranty.


    Now I'm planning on my next big thing. :D

    I am a newbie drummer and will look for excellent cymbals in the next year or so.

    You did the right thing by not skimping.

    Myself I am starting out with a cheapie Peavey kit with Remo heads, decent hardware and a DW7000 pedal....my cymbals are the lowly Sabian B8 but I can easily flip them for what I paid (or more) and will slowly, but surely listen to MANY cymbals on a comparative basis and THEN decide to move up to top end cymbals....hopefully used or discounted!
