Wow, love the huge tube lugs, P-86 throw and the rims and clips!
I still like the bow tie lugs too though.
Did the sound seem to change much with the replacements?
Nice drummerMD!

That thing must bOOOM!
SONOR 6 pc Special Edition 3007's red maple, old Pearl Brass 14x6 FF snare, Yamaha Tour Custom maple 8 pc., Tama 4 pc., honey amber B/B, Ludwig Supralite chrome 14x6.5 steel snare, Paiste, Saluda & Zildjianhttp://www.facebook.com/DerailedRockers/
Loaned out Slingerland upgraded 4 pc 1963 black, wrapped maple + 14" Pearl birch FT
Thanks Olimpass I think it sounds a lot better, but mostly its a lot lighter. The way it was stock with the die cast hoops and bow tie lugs way too heavy! the tube lugs are aluminum w/stainless steel threaded inserts.

oh man that turned out great! Really brings out the finish in the snare more. Make sure not to loose those old bowties though!
Thanks Spaz, I keep everything.
Yes sir!. . . .Thanks
I am a total Ludwig enthusiast and just having a coliseum snare is awesome, it sure has a unique great look now. Like someone else said don't sell or lose them original lugs. Nice Job !!
Great job on the restoration doc! Looking good!
