    Default Here's Another one, challenging me.

    I really like the drumming in this song. I find it very challenging getting exactly what he's doing on the snare down correctly. I've also watched the live video but it seems a bit different from this studio version, plus live it's faster and I don't need that, lol.

    Best I can tell is he's playing 1/4 notes with the right hand on HH or ride. Left hand on the snare is playing a shuffle....1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &...accents on the back beat......ghost notes 1 &, &3 &. Also accents periodically throughout on &2, &4. Then he throws in a bunch of triplet fills for good measure.

    After having said all of that.......it's basically a shuffle variation I think.

    It's played so up-tempo as to almost not have a shuffle feel.

    Yeah certainly too up tempo and ahead of it to be classified a shuffle, but, the mechanics are similar.
