Gorgeous......................as expected.
I like the P86 option.
Gretsch USA & Zildjian(What Else Would I Ever Need ?)
Very nice!!! I like the P86 option too and it looks a though the center of the throw-off does make contact with the center bead right? The stock P85 clears the center bead by at least two inches I can't wait for your first impression of the snare.

Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!
"I think that feeling is a lot more important than technique. It's all very well doing a triple paradiddle - but who's going to know you've done it? If you play technically you sound like everybody else. It's being original that counts." ~ John Bonham

She's a beaut, Bish! Love it! congrats
Way to go Bish.
Since I got my 1st Black Beauty around '63-64, they are what I've used about 90% of the time. The other 10%, I used Supras.
Better put on the white gloves when handling that beauty!
Wow.
Play it. Its made for it.

Splendid! Used to have a Supra. Wish I still had it. First time I've seen a P-86. Looks like a huge improvement.
You're going to like that. How does it feel to spend almost as much on your snare as you did on the shell pack it's being paired with?
Congrats Bish................the tube lugs and P86 are what makes it pop...............absolutely gorgeous
very envious over here!
