Yeah kind of tough at 1st when your so used to 2 and 4. I have it now and the hardest part was actually getting back on the 1 with the bass drum right after the snare on the and of 4. I was always late for some reason.

Yes, the verse has bass on 1 and 3, but it switches to 4s in the chorus.

And, as I'm sure you all know, the 4+ snare with crash is a timeworn classic (that's why they are using it. All their licks are timeworn classics).
