Just sold off a pair of Tama Octobans, an 18" Kerope cymbal and an old vintage splash. Now I have almost $600 to play with.

So here's the question - If someone gave you $600 and you had to buy drum stuff with it, what would you pick up?

    Ludwig Supraphonic

    22” 60’s A Ride
    14" 50's Thin hats

I have a really bad habit of buying cymbals , but I'd probably say if I could keep myself from buying more cymbals that aren't really necessary I'd use the money as a down payment on a level drum rack / riser or buy a nice mic for overheads.

Probably additional cymbals..............I love them and there are never enough.

Or I might look into another excellent double-pedal.
    Gretsch USA & Zildjian
(What Else Would I Ever Need ?)

That wouldn't cover what I want...

I really want those DW MDD pedals.

But I would buy hardware for my new kit which is shipping out in the next week or two.

Think I'd get new hardware. I really want a complete set of the DW lightweight stuff, along with a nice hard case with wheels.

    Play the SONG......not the DRUMS!!!

Yeah, I know. Sounds crazy. It was an 18 and I really need a 19 for it to fit better. That's one of front-runner options moving forward.

    1 Zildjian K EFX 18"
a half dozen ProMark 5a Oak nylon tip sticks,
    & Shure SRH940 Reference headphones.

(would drop the mic, but I have paid for mics, and I also know there is a fragile thin mylar film in the capsule that makes "dropping the mic" a douche move)
Cut it large and kick it into place!
