Now I am up to 6 kits - 5 acoustic and my ekit. One kit stays at the practice site, with all hardware and cymbals. We also have a complete PA for rehearsals including mics and cables. The band's gig PA stays packed between gigs. My DWs stay set up at home, with full set of hardware and cymbals as well. My ekit is also set up at home, and I alternate between the two for practice. Currently I am rotating between 3 kits for gigs, my new Tama Silverstar Mirage, my Superstars, and my Gretsch Catalina. I have a third set of hardware and cymbals packed for gigs. When it's time to do a gig, I just load up and go. It may be excessive, but it's also very convenient and gives me an excuse to buy more gear.

I can definitely see the need for some new gear.
