I need to check out some of these guys. I haven't delved into a lot of the more recent prog stuff. I've only heard 4 of these players.
Gavin Harrison is my newest inspiration. Such chops, imagination, touch, and precision all at once is staggering at times. Raised the bar for sure.

I've only heard of a few. Would've liked to see Mike Portnoy, Bill Bruford or even Neil Peart.

I looked again and saw it was as of 2016. Never mind then. Still happy to see Mangini and Harrison.
