    Default RIP: Butch Trucks

So saddened to hear that Butch Trucks of The Allman Bros. has passed away.

I met him at a School of Rock event about a year or 2 ago and he was so cool. Dude was jammin with the kids and put on a great show.

I hope you're groovin' up a storm with the greats that passed before you. RIP

Wow, he was only 69 years old? Sad indeed. Way too young.

Wow... 17 is shaping up to be a lot like 16. We're losing them.

Loved the Allmans "wall of rhythm" that Butch and the other guy created. One of the most groovingest bands ever!

    all the best...
