Yep. Use a metronome and set it considerably slower than whatever the tempo of 'No One Knows' is. Slowly speed it up until you're there. Don't move the tempo up when you 'get it right'. Move the speed up when you 'can't get it wrong'.

Is this the right place to post this? I hope I'm not messing everything up with my first topic.
I really want to learn No One Knows. I think 95% of the song is an appropriate level for me (I'd call myself intermediate) but I'm seriously intimidated by the Herta fills, and they're too crucial to the song (in my opinion) to try to mock it with something else. Anyone have tips for getting these up to tempo?

Tex is right on!!
EXACTLY what Tex said.
When you can't get it wrong...I like that. I do have a tendency to move up in speed as soon as I can manage - not master.
